With over 14 years of experience, Nat has mastered the art of creating environments that fit her clients' needs and tastes. Based in Singapore and Bangkok, the versatile designer stays ahead of the fast-moving Asian design scene, winning numerous awards for her work across Asia. Yet, Nat’s focus remains on crafting spaces with empathy, ensuring they bring true joy to those who experience them.

Roy, an expert project manager, combines visionary organisation with problem-solving flair. With over two decades of experience spearheading major projects for top multinational corporations, he’s a key asset to any ambitious endeavour. Known to everyone as Harry, he brings over 15 years of expertise in office fit-outs and M&E systems integration. Michael is the backbone of our design team, ensuring their bold visions come to life. With decades of expertise in the buildability of innovative designs, he provides invaluable advice on fabrication and installation. A mentor to both designers and his carpentry team, Michael's resourcefulness and organisation skills make him the go-to "can do" man, committed to meeting even the tightest timelines.

With over 20 years in marketing and communications, Sio Hui is driven by a passion for storytelling and elevating brand elevation. A former journalist, she now shapes Conexus Studio's narrative, connecting its designs with real stories. Her strategic approach ensures every message amplifies the studio’s ethos, prioritising authentic connections and meaningful engagement over superficial metrics.

With over two decades of experience, Lionel’s attention to detail and strong work ethic have earned him a reputation as one of the best in the business. His guidance on tailoring the best workspaces for each client's business has earned the support and trust of clients, vendors, landlords and colleagues, propelling him in his career, from a collaborative team player to a respected mentor.

Known for her Zen-like gentleness and ability to make others feel understood, Wendy believes successful partnerships start with genuine rapport nurtured through active listening. With her extensive experience in real estate, leasing and property management and a steadfast commitment to results, Wendy is a key for bringing many clients' dream offices to life.

As a design and business graduate, Sherry’s clients count on her extensive industry experience to offer deep insights into their corporate design journeys. Passionate about elevating workplaces through quality design and build, she is unfazed by the challenges and fast-paced nature of the industry and remains committed to delivering comprehensive solutions that truly add value.

A seasoned professional with an award-winning portfolio, Althea brings acute sensitivity and a keen eye for aesthetics to every project. Kiruba, our trusted Project Engineer, oversees air conditioning and mechanical aspects of projects at Conexus Studio. Thriving on challenges, he adapts swiftly to the pace and changes of the projects, often juggling multiple sites at once.
