Beyond Boundaries, Beyond Growth
We’re proud to share that Conexus Studio has been ranked #116 on the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2025 list, produced in collaboration with Statista. This follows our recent recognition as #22 among Singapore’s Fastest-Growing Companies for 2025 by The Straits Times, highlighting our consistent growth and resilience across multiple notable rankings.
The annual report identifies 500 companies across the Asia-Pacific region—including Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore—that achieved the highest compound annual revenue growth between 2020 and 2023. It highlights businesses that have not only weathered economic volatility but emerged stronger through it. Being included in this respected benchmark is both an honour and a reflection of how far we’ve come.
Designing Growth from the Inside Out
We’re proud to share that Conexus Studio has been ranked #116 in the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2025 report, which recognises the region’s fastest-growing businesses.
Founded in 2019, we have grown from a lean start-up into a multidisciplinary design and build firm trusted by global brands. Our rise has been fuelled by staying ahead of emerging workplace trends, completing high-profile projects, and cultivating long-term partnerships built on trust and quality.
At the heart of this growth is a deeply human approach to leadership. As Founding Director Brendan Khor shares, “A company should be a healthy ecosystem—a place where balance, support, and purpose create the conditions for success. Sustainable growth isn’t just about financial metrics—it’s about the long-term value we create for our clients, our team, and the industry.”
Culture as a Catalyst
Our culture has always been our strongest differentiator. We believe that when people feel valued and supported, they do their best work—and that belief has translated into real impact. Last year, we were honoured to be certified as a Great Place to Work® and ranked second on Singapore’s Best Workplaces™ list (Small Category). These milestones reflect our continued commitment to fostering a workplace that prioritises empathy, growth, and respect.
Brendan adds, “We don’t let shortcomings define people. We focus on how they respond, grow, and rise. That’s when character reveals itself—and that’s what drives lasting impact.”
Looking Ahead
This regional recognition holds even more significance as we deepen our presence in Thailand and Malaysia. As we broaden our reach, the values that have fuelled our success in Singapore continue to resonate across Southeast Asia. Our ability to adapt, innovate, and stay grounded in our principles is what enables us to make meaningful connections in diverse markets.
While recognition like this from the Financial Times is meaningful, it’s only a checkpoint—not a destination. For us, success is not defined by size, but by the strength of our relationships, the integrity of our work, and the clarity of our purpose. As we continue to grow, we remain focused on the fundamentals: listening to our clients, delivering thoughtful solutions, and creating spaces that empower people to thrive.
A Clearer Future, Built Together
Brendan often reminds the team that “True leadership is not about being in front—it’s about creating the conditions for others to step forward with confidence and purpose.” This ethos has shaped a company where resilience, humility, and a sense of responsibility are shared values. As we scale new heights, these principles will continue to guide our path—ensuring that every step forward is taken with intention, and always, as a team. We invite you to join us in designing a future where people and spaces thrive—whether as a client, partner, or collaborator.
