BT Interview: Work Goes Hybrid
The Business Times interviews Conexus Studio on Hybrid Office Design
The Business Times newspaper reported today on the trend of hybrid office design, featuring Conexus Studio's recent BBC Studios project and an interview with spokesperson Lim Sio Hui.
With today’s companies adopting fluid working arrangements that incorporate partial work from home, hybrid offices that “give employees plenty of flexibility are the new normal”, wrote journalist Tay Suan Chiang.
Sharing insights on Conexus Studio’s experience, Lim noted that businesses tend to go for the hybrid setup when given the option. “Not only does the hybrid office offer organisational agility, save on space and includes features that are tailored for our modern work-life needs, the change also allows employees to break out of their cubicles and work in a more dynamic and hospitable environment that elevates employee productivity and satisfaction,” she said.
