As a leading company in the global FX and digital assets markets, LMAX Group’s dedication to innovation and sustainability resonates throughout their new office design. The recently completed office, designed and built by Conexus Studio with project management by Colliers, not only mirrors the core values of the business but also provides a comfortable environment that empowers employees to bring their best to work.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the compact space seamlessly integrates the brand identity of LMAX Group with sleek functionality. Drawing inspiration from its branding and colour palette, design features such as the layered acoustic ceiling at the entrance reduces sound transfer while integrating the firm's identity within the work environment, immersing employees in a cohesive brand experience that fosters connection and pride.
Sustainability in Every Detail
At the core of LMAX Group’s new corporate office lies a steadfast commitment to environmental stewardship, epitomised by their pursuit of the prestigious Greenmark certification. The sustainable office space is a testament to the company’s desire to create a healthy and eco-conscious workplace for their employees.
From carefully selected materials to advanced air conditioning and lighting systems, every element has been curated to minimise environmental impact while maximising occupant comfort. Moreover, the office's strategic location in Capitagreen offers direct access to communal sky gardens, providing the LMAX Group team with spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation amidst their busy workdays.
Collaboration Beyond Trading Floors
In today’s evolving workplace landscape, connection and partnership go past traditional boundaries, transcending office walls and formal meeting rooms. LMAX Group therefore reimagined its workspace by anchoring it with a warm and inviting work café in the centre. The office layout which surrounds the work café with workstations fosters a culture where employees can seamlessly integrate breaks and refreshments into their workflow, empowering them to fuel up for a more productive workday whenever they need.
This area serves as the office’s social heart, transcending the traditional concept of a breakout space. Enhanced by vibrant greenery, it boasts dining zones, pantry facilities, and cosy alternative working areas. A focal point in this area is the convertible pool and ping-pong table that may be flipped around to host friendly competitions, or simply used as a dining or discussion space. The diverse environment spurs employees to take ownership of their workspace, allowing them to choose where they’d like to work from or take a mental break from their tasks.
“Right from the start, Colliers and Conexus showed a real commitment to understanding our needs and aspirations for the office. Their attention to detail and efficiency have truly paid off, giving us a workspace that reflects our brand and values perfectly, especially our strong focus on sustainability. It's been a pleasure collaborating with Colliers and Conexus and we are happy to recommend their services.”

“Collaborating with the Conexus Design & Build team on the LMAX Group Singapore Office Relocation project was a professionally satisfying experience. The creativity displayed by their design team was notable, while their quantity surveyors effectively controlled costs. The site team managed the sub-contractors well and ensured that the project timeline was met.”
